Not protected at all
This is my second review on Capitec Bank, I was ****med money & they took a long time to assist me, once I placed my review here they then took the matter serious & helped me get my money back.
The company that ****med me claims that it's a legit payment, Understand that i'm being ****med & the bank that's supposed to protect my money is now siding with the ******** & they say I owe the company.
Really disappointed and I will be closing my account soon.

19 Jun 2021, 16:46Hi, thanks for your response, someone has already been assigned but we are only communication via email & money has been deducted from my account without me knowing. A week ago I seriously needed money & took a little loan, money was sent & immediately debited from me. it's frustrating. had to ask for another loan.
