NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING

Good morning

My husband recently lost his job. We struggled with 2 salaries. Obviously its even worst now.

I asked my aunt to borrow us money. She paid money for us in my Capitec savings account on 04-02-2015.
Yesterday I called the call centre. The lady said that she can see the money went in, but she don't know where it is.

This morning the funds is still not in the account. I called again. The lady on the phone was more interested in blaming someone instead of helping me.

She told me very annoyingly (like I was disturbing her sleep)that I need to submit proof of payment so they can see who is liable for the money.

Dude...your are my bank administrator. You have the details in front of you. Phone Standardbank yourselves.

So now I not only have to ask for money, but I also have to disturb you with Capitec's incompetence to find money that they can see but not find.

I work in a Call Centre. So if I don't answer my phone. Leave a message or send an email. You have my details
