not helping with my query

i had incident where i was schemed and capitec client promised to solved my query till today is not solved i complained on hello peter and they said gave feed back state my issue will be sorted in 5 working days , i just called capitec call center spoke to the guy name Augean state he don't know what going on i should call another number for help, what an *********** company, such a bed service i have to run around trying to fix the mess that capitec has done on my name and when i called them no one i willing to help they been taking for from pillar to post regarding this , i just heard enough of this nonsense , can some one who knows they job there at capitec solve this nonsense please.
