Not happy wth Capitec service

Hi my name is Thulisile P Dlamini ID: *** m so angry abt your service I made payment of my licence disc through capitec app on the 28th of March because it was expiring on the 31 since then I haven't received disc, I receive a msg on the 09th that driver will deliver but he ddnt deliver I called Skynet company to ask we is my delivery they told me driver arrived late so it wll be delivered tomorrow as on the 10th but nothing if I get a fine for the expired license disc Capitec will pay it, I have been patient with you it's shows that you guys are not taking your clients serious
