Not happy with their customer service.

I Mandla Ndesi had a bad experience with capitec bank in Meadow point,On the 07-02-2025 I came in around 17:15 to 17:20 got my ticket took a sit waiting to be served, the tellers were listening to music on their headphones and I could see from were I was sitting that they plugged them on their phones I waited until 17:40 to be served I then decided to leave, no one attended me even when Iwas leaving the branch manager didn't do anything she was just sitting watching her staff not serving customers.
