Not Happy with Capitec Service

I am not happy with the service from Capitec. Made arrangements with them for a deduction for my Credit card, and yet they still made a deduction on a whole different date, and that resulted in me that I could not pay my home loan in full! And they did not help much. The lady on the call at the call center was rude, and clearly did not understand what my concern was and was not very helpful.
