Not happy with Capitec resolution on my case of *****

I was ****med all my funds in my capitec bank, then capitec did.not protect my money , all what they did is sorry for your loose frauster drew money immediately and the person who stole my money is also Capite client they have all his details but only what they can say is sorry for your loose,l.m extremely disappointed with capitec bank, l reported the matter at NFO still waiting for NFO to judge ,so my money is not safe with Capitec.l will switch to FNB bank, cause them atleast l heard good news with them my friend was ****med also 2022 but atleast he said Fnb went half half with her they gave her half of the money cause they understood her problem, Capitec they Don,t care about their customers they Don,t listen to your story, so my money is not safe on Capite bank. Always when l write a review Capitec bank will reply saying will explorer your matter after that they keep quiet they Don.t help me with anything
