Not happy with Capitec randfontein

All atms in randfontein are either offline or faulty and then when you want to go into the bank at Tambotie Mall to make payments its always a story that the bank is full of money so can't make any payments inside. So have to go from one Capitec to the other Capitec and always the same story and rude staff that works by the time you get to do a payment at the atm the payments part is offline because of its too full can you please make an arrangement to get your atms in order and your staff a bit friendlier
