Not Happy with Capitec Bank

Capitec Bank does not solve our issues - someone is *****ing my money by purchasing airtime all the time - when i report on the App nothing is done. it gives a case number only and nobody says anything from Capitec. it looks like an inside job because i do not even get notification about these transactions. they purchase airtime for different networks.
