Not happy how Capitec bank resolved my case of *****

Capitec bank failed me. Their security for remote banking is very weak.*****ster took all my funds using my banking app,without my phone or OPT number nothing bit *****ster manage to get access to my app and ***** my money after l reported the case Capitec said sorry now they telling me to take my case further to ombushman. Imagine me alone against Capitec big bank to ombushman without any money obvious they will favour capitec bank.. Capitec bank failed me.
