Not happy how Capitec bank resolved my case of *****

Capitec did not protect my money l Don.t understand how can *****ster can take my money in my bank using my banking app,without my phone or Opt number nothing but they manage to take all my funds. I feel capite bank security is very weak unless it's a inside job. After that they keep saying they are sorry this type of ***** can happen only if l did not protect my secret code . But l still asking myself how possi ble is that. *****ster took all my funds through my banking app using a **** website. So to me l feel like Capitec does not have strong security, l have been banking with them more that 10yrs l never stayed with less than R2000 in my bank, it's their responsibility to protect money by the time the *****ster transfered all my funds they were suppose to quickly block my account and *****ster account immediately and phone me Sametime ask what's happening why are you transferring all your funds to Daniel01 even the live better money. But they did not.
