Not happy capitec

I have been with capitec for 13 years but their credit service is pathetic how can be with a bank for so long but when you need a loan for an emergency they cant help you, what the use they see the money inside ur bank monthly for 13 years instead they make the method which money was paid in my problem Iam very angry capitec#you need to learn to accommodate your clients
