Not giving my money back over 3 months

It been 3 months opened cases. Been told i will be call in the next 5 days. All case numbers i was given i went back to check only to find out there were closed. And i have not received my money back. Where is loyalty or you're used at taking people money, after reading reviews here on "HELLO PETER". Im thinking twice on banking with you guys.
