Not Getting SMS notifications

Since I downloaded the new Capitec Bank app I am not receiving sms notifications anymore. I've been to a branch twice where the resetted my details but still I am not getting any sms notifications. Today I decided to call capitec bank and spoke to Sithembiso Mhlambi to told me to go to a branch again. I refused to do the same exercise for a third time. I then asked him to put me through to a senior staff member to get assistance and he told me a can only request a call back as he is working from home. This is truly poor service in my opinion, I need to get this problem sorted ASAP
