Not getting assisted with unauthorized debit oder by Capitec Bank

I have a debit order i did not authorize, i cannot dispute or stop it. Its a company called SS Legcov, I'm so disappointed with capitec because they say theres nothing they can do about it. Now this debit order ia gonna take my money every month, im gonna change banks because this cant be.
