Not feeling safe with Capitec

Apparently Capitec cannot reverse Debi checks but other banks can. 2 or 3 years bank there were *****elent activities on my account where someone reversed Debi checks bank refunded me after investigating.

March 2024, 2 companies debited my account incorrectly. Company 1, 2 Debi checks, but I approved 1. Company 2, 3 Debi checks, but I approved 1. 1 April Capitec still investigating although I was refunded by the companies.

I only had 1 question which they cannot solve. How can someone take money from my account if I did not approve a Debi check???????????
