Not deserving any rating- zero should do for capitec

Since Monday (25 Nov) I have exactly the same experience than Joanne regarding my forex payment (also a regular monthly salary). Same experience with all 4 phone numbers supp**** by capitec unanswered. The numerous mails all get the same reply, with no results. All three the agents I had a whatsapp conversation doesn't know anything about forex transfers and resend the same message over and over again to you. The forex department doesn't reply to any mails you sent them. I am receiving the same monthly salary from the same company for nearly 10 years. This is really poor from capitec.
