Not complying with trading hours that are on the window

Iam so dissaponted with how capitec diepkloof square operates, according to what I know and the information I got from someone from another capitec in town is that the branch opens at 8am,I was at diepkloof square this morning for a proof of bank account and the branch was not opened, why is it because it's in Soweto we've been taken advantage of 😡😡😡😡 and there was no loadshedding so they must not make an excuse with that, please kindly make sure that also get the best service like eg:Trade route, Park Station etc, was supposed to submit those documents for something important.
