NOT BEING ABLE TO LINK BANK TO PAYMENT METHOD

Good day.

I would just like to find out something and also make it clear how I feel regarding this.

I recently upgraded to a new phone and the new support NFC payment as well as Samsung Pay.

I have other bank accounts as well, but my main account is Capitec. When I tried to link my Capitec Bank card to my Samsung pay account I get a message which tells me that the bank is not compatible with Samsung Pay.

What utter nonsense is this? Capitec is one of the biggest banks there is in South Africa....and now I can even do something simple as linking it to my Samsung Pay account?

I have a bank account with Discovery Bank and THAT card and account I can easily link, but for some obsure reason I cannot do this with Capitec.

I have had problems with Capitec before in the past....looks like it's back again.

I demand that Capitec wil fix this "problem" or whatever the problem is as soon as possible, or I wil close my bank account immediately.

All my friends that bank with banks such as ABSA or Standard Bank and like I mentioned above Discovery Bank, can easily link their account to their Samsung Pay account....not Capitec. There seems to me there is always some kind of problem.

I expect some feedback and also a solution to this problem.
