I visited the branch after work. Yesterday. The branch had only one person at the customer service and immediately my queue number was announced and walking towards the consultant she spoke out loud asking me are you here again for the credit facility. It was so embarrassing as my colleague that was sitting by the chairs waiting for me asked me when I left the bank is that the way a consultant approaches a customer. Very disturbed. As I worked in a bank myself.
