Not all is bad

I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter, but I was gladly assisted by Bulelani very efficiently. If my query was initially handled by her I don't think that I would have resorted to reviewing the Bank on hellopeter. Unfortunately it was not the Bank as a whole but it all depends on who handles your query. I suppose the bank has procedures in place but are not adhered to by those assigned to handle matters.
