Not adhering to debit order agreement and changing debit order date without my consent

Capitec! When I said debit my account on the 20th, I meant the 20th not the day before on the 19th. I will not be paying for any dishonor fees from my bank just because you did not stick to the agreement. I get paid exactly on the 20th not a day before. So stop debting a day before as you are costing me penalty fees with my bank and *****ing up my credit record with your bounced debit order attempts. If this continues I will report it to the NCA and credit ombudsman. Stick to the agreed date
