Not a safe bank and trusted bank!!!

I know there are millions of humble mislead clients to Capitec but I'm here to warn you of how this bank is not safe. I was asleep on 10th January 2025 at about 10pm when an online purchase of a website that does not exist deducted an amount of R373. 10 cents was deducted from my account. When speaking to a online WhatsApp chat no help at all no reverse options no help canceling the subscribe that now out of the blew deducts money from my account I've been with FNB for the past 6 years not once have I experienced this nonsense very dissapointed in the standard this bank assist client and protection of once funds. Please for your own safety never leave money in the bank account.
