Not a good bank to be loyal with

I'm only giving them 1 star because of their user friendly app , other than they are not a good bank to be loyal with, I've been banking with them since 2011, now I need their help with debt consolidation but they weren't even interested to have a chat with me, all they do is decline you via the generic e-mail, they'll never assist you. I'm moving to a different bank soon
