Nonsensical Capitec Bank that **** clients

I want to close Capitec bank card due that they over charge me because every month I realised they’re bank charges is over R500 and I requested them to block other debit order that I don’t know off however the consultant failed. I have a loan with capitec bank and dearly I paid them last month in time but it seems I didn’t pay hence they increased the balance. I will be using discovery bank and netbank from now onwards. South Africans stop using Capitec Bank it’s a ****.
