Nonsense

I reported a transaction on the 25th of July, been following up on a whatsapp number given for follow ups, they said they are still investigating. I fail to understand what exactly arw they investigating because no one has ever called me its the 8th of October now, I just want my money from this person's account. I really do not have the energy to answer to anything that occurred in July and no communication done with me, if you do not deposit my money, then bye I'm cancelling my accounts and policies with your nonsense bank
