Nonsense bank

I hate capitec with all my heart, last year October a greedy woman reported my account and it was frozen and i submitted all the proof to capitec of all our agreement and that i didn't commit any ***** but they never cared that woman ended up keeping the house and took back the money that was in the account, so basically capitec helped her to de***** me ok fine, today they sent me a message to make transfer, payment or deposit on my account to avoid it being taken to dormant, last year i asked that now that this woman has got her money and also took the house for free what am i supposed to do to unfreeze my account but they never responded to my email today they send this nonsense email how am i supposed to deposit or make any transactions on an account that is frozen, my biggest mistake ever was choosing capitec
