nonsense balance

what kind of a nonsensical balance i see on my statement? i checked my loan balance during the month and the balance was R2134 today they've deducted the usual amount R2256.88 Okay fine no problem. but now what is the R134.24 appearing as "outstanding". According to my contract with capitec the loan was for 40months finish and klaar not 10months plus or extra what what. i have never skipped payments and the finance or admin fees were all included in the installment i was paying each month. ive people so many people complaining about Capitec bank saying they are ****** now i realize that. i want that nonsense balance removed today m******m
