Non stop harassments threats to close my account for no reason after visiting Capitec Branch

Capitec has been sending me non stop messages that I have to go into the bank with my proof of ID since before March 2024 otherwise they will close my bank account that is in use. In March 2024 I went into Capitec Okavango Branch to have this sorted out, just to all over again receive non stop messages from them since April 2024 to go into Capitec with my ID or my account will be closed. Today I receive a message again stating that I need to visit Capitec with my ID before 2 July or my account will be closed. This is ridiculous and pour service. I went and send them a message over the WhatsApp group for them now to claim that my is being suspected of part of a pyramid scheme which makes no sense at all, as every month, I receive my salary in my account, pay my bills, purchase food, water and electricity pay money borrowed to family or friends just for them to tell me I am using my account in some scheme????? and that if I don't cooperate my account will then be closed???????All this after going to the bank to have this sorted out
