NON RESPONSIVE, NO CARE
I have a complaint which I am getting no response for on email, I then commented on an influencer's post as she was promoting Capitec and got their client care and complaints number, called the complaints number and after 25 minutes no one has answered yet. I tried their WhatsApp number it is a bot, keeps replying with same standard message. MyGod, Absolutely NO help, no response....NOTHING?
