Non-functional selfie verification system

The selfie verification system does not work. My biggest problem is that I cannot do a payment because it does not give me any alternative for verification. It continuously rejects my selfie despite me trying different lighting and a solid background. I use my fingerprint and pin all the time. What is wrong with that as an alternative verification... At one stage I had the selfie system work for a while and now it doesn't again. It is very frustrating and you look like an idiot when you can't make a payment. Totally unacceptable. Considering leaving Capitec if they don't do away with their useless selfie system.
