Non Existing Customer Services:

<p>I went to the Capitec Branch, Key West on Saturday and app**** for a personal loan. I had a follow appointment for today at 12:00 and was promised a call at 10:00 to confirm the appointment. I did not receive any call at 10:00 and decided to go to the branch at 12:00. When I got there, I was told that the agent that needs to assist me was busy and can't see me and that i had to come back at 14:00. I had to walk up and down in the shopping mall with my child to **** some time. When i got back at 14:00, i was advised that the agent that needed to assist me already left for the day!!!! Still not assisted! </p>
