Non existent customer services
I had a Capitec loan many years ago and it was closed many years ago as well. Now I see Capitec is listed on the credit bureau and it shows I owe Capitec money. When I contact Capitec to sort this out I keep getting put on hold for 10 minutes + and still no one answers my calls. So how do I get this sorted out if Capitec doesn't even talk to me???

I am still waiting for someone to call me regarding the old debt that I apparently have with you guys? Please can you call me because getting hold of someone at Capitec is impossible. This is in any case then prescribed debt?!?
