Non-existent communication for complaints

I app**** for a loan. I recieved a phone call from a consultant which he informed me the amount that I am able to receive. He asked for 3 payslips, which I sent. He let me know that I cannot get the loan now, as I need to have 3 salaries paid in to my account over 3 months. I explained that I was on maternity leave, but have been working for the company since 2015. He explained that the system does not allow it and I should apply again at the next month end.

I sent in a complaint regarding a loan application on 26 May, which stated:

1. Why do Capitec not make sure that all the requirements are met BEFORE phoning a person?

2. Why is my loan denied becauese I was on maternity leave? That is like saying, sorry while you were raising a baby at home you are not eligible for a loan. I received UIF payments. Why does this not count as a salary?

Cindy Sasman rep**** on the 30th of May saying the email was forwarded to the direct loans department. for them to answer. They have never been in contact. YOUR policy states that you reply within 2 working days.

I have now sent 2 more emails requesting an answer to my complaint, but am ignored.

Why do I have to take my complaint to a public platform to be answered?

I have not had any issues with you as a bank, but as for your lack of communication with your clients, you have lost my confidence in you as a bank.
