Non-existant support on urgent issue

Capetic support is absolutly useless. Unable to make payments with no support from Capitec I logged a query on the 12th of November and still don't have feedback. I phoned twice were an agent advised the issue will be esculated. I phoned again today and were advised that the issue were never esculated. Will be closing my account as this account has become useless not being able to make payments.
