Non ending loan with Capitec

I have had loan worth R100000 for the past 5 yrs now. My installment has increased from R2500pm to now R5555pm and still I am informed that my loan is due with more 3 years before I finish... calculating what I have paid so far; I have paid more than what I was loaned! Please help me with explaining why my loan Is taking so long, it's has increased so much in installment and please forward me a detailed statement or spreadsheet of all my payments since inception as soon as possible.
