No working cards at Capitec

My Capitec cards aren't working for personal or business. I can't pay my subscriptions. I tried to avoid the issue 3 months in advance but Capitec is yet to revert with a solution. I've wasted a massive amount of time trying to communicate and fix it but now I have to change banks in order to make payments. Since Capitec became the richest bank, they also became the worst bank ever.
