No willingness to help

My wife app**** for a loan at Capitec Alberton Mall and was declined. She has zero accounts and all her accounts have been paid up. They still declined her despite me asking the consultant to please put through a motivation to their head office. She refused even though we had a copy of my wife's TU report and all paid up letters. What poor service indeed!!Can someone please give his application a bit more consideration?
