No transparency and day light hidden cost.
Good day.
I have a problem with Capitec bank who are not as transparent and cost effective as they claim to be,I get charged ridiculous amount of money for sms notifications which I don't understand where they come from,according to their bank fees for 2021 sms notifications is R0.40 per notification, for some reason 2 days in a row they are over charging me R4 even if I add the sms notification fee for all my transactions it doesn't add up at all. This is day light ******* ,we knew it was only a matter of time before they become like other banks
