No transaction detail export available in app
How is it possible that one cannot export your account transaction history to CSV format in the Capitec app? Doesn't seem like I can login from web anymore.
Can you please forward me the past 5 years' full transaction history in comma separated values asap?
If this feature doesn't get added to the app as priority, I will most definately have to close my account with Capitec before end February 2024.

04 Jan 2024, 16:17Your customer service is atrocious! I was contacted by someone saying first that they'll look into it, and later again, stating that my basic request is impossible... After which I registered for web based banking and was able to download past 3 months in CSV format.
You all need to look at replacing *********** departments with people who actually want to work for your company.
