I once worked for Capitec Bank and later resigned. I wanted to come back and app**** again,wrote the assessment and went to the interview. All of a sudden I am being told I am not good enough and I am not what you looking for. Funny I was not told that in 2014. Its like welcoming your own flesh and blood in to your house then he leaves for a while and he comes back you tell him he is not welcome anymore into your house and you are disowning him.
