NO SUCH THING AS AN "IMMEDIATE CAPITEC PAY". JUST A **** TO GET MAX MONEY FROM MEMBERS
I am actively speaking g out against capitec and as of the end of March moving to FNB. I transferred money yesterday to FNB account from Capitec using the immediate pay option. Even today 06h30 the money has not cleared yet the additional 7 Rand has been taken. Capitec takes its members for fools. Imagine an easy R7 x 1 000 000 minimum.
Knowing that a significant majority of your users are black, i think this **** immediate pay is a means to rob people of their hard earned money. We have bonds to secure with that money you ******s.

08 Mar 2022, 10:02I would like to apologize for this comment. A friendly consultant from capitec called me and explained to me that my transaction was not immediate and that's why it took forever to reflect. I didn't select the immediate payment option. So it's all my fault. Not capited. Thanks for the call and explanation
