No statements were sent to me in regards to my loa

I opened the a loan account with capitec bank, maponya mall. i was paying the loan but i received no statements to let me know as to where am i standing with my account since from 2009 till to date 2015. i dont know where i am standing with my loan and no call center collection was made to me still. so the question is as their client was i given respect or was i treated with respect, how sure am i with the ammount they are giving me when enqureing. i feel that i am being ****** here and this is not the first loan i took and the first one was paid so what happenned to this one. i am not running away from responsibilities but i really dont feel or think i should continue paying this people. they have handed me over to the lawyers yet they didnt do their job. is capitec blaming me for their irrisponsibilities. i am working for a financial institution and i know how it really works, and i do consider the fact that customer do have rights too ( consumers rights ). i mean its been 6-7 years now for such a small loan that couil have been finished before 1 and a half years. i say this is aswell a diformation of charactor too since i cant move on with my life because of them ( Capitec Bank
