No soft skills and wrong information

I visited the Cape Gate branch on Saturday to 1) open an account for my daughter and 2) have my multiloan re-activated. I really thought that the branch close at 14:00 (this was a mistake on my part but instead it closed at 13:00. Whilst I understood this, the consultant made me feel really bad. She was not friendly when I approached her and was speaking loudly about me applying for a loan. While its nice to get helped out when needed, you dont want the whole world to know that you applying for a loan. I felt very embarrased when the couple next to me kept on looking at me! Then to top it off she loudly exclaims that I am there to open a minor account and apply for a loan, the two things that take the longest to complete. Whilst I would understand and leave, the way I was spoke to made me feel really bad and so small that I just upped and left. I never been treated so bad. Then to top it all off, I was told I cant have my multiloan activated as I need to work at my current company 2 -3 months. I was told at bellville branch that I need to work for two months, which I am now. Permanently employed. I felt really bad after my experience with this consultant.
