NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT CAPITEC PHOENIX PLAZA

Capitec Bank at Phoenix Plaza, Covid-19, social distancing. Why are you guys not informing the general public that Capitec are not allowing any new accounts to be opened?? I stood in a line at Capitec Phoenix Plaza, that went all around the mall. I stood in that disgraceful line for more than 3hrs, and then centre management decided to close of the mall and turn away all Capitec customers. Absolutely NO SOCIAL DISTANCING, ppl are standing on top of each other, talking, some ppl are not wearing masks, yet Capitec is doing nothing, and leaving these ppl to be in the lines. Yet Capitec is more concerned about not allowing ppl inside the bank to open accounts, citing social distancing as the reason. Prior to this i did email Capitec about opening an account, no mention was made about no new accounts. Capitec do u think u can just do as u pls and too hell with the public??
