No Simplicity at Capitec

Tried to open a Credit card ,and as my pension is paid into another banks moneybuilder account that does not allow debit orders. So have to a EFT end of every month into the card . 4 hours later and was then told it has to be sent to an external branch of Capitec to see if they can make a plan. Stupid me I was thinking of moving all of my and my wife's accounts over to Capitec. There is no simplicity here
