No service for business banking

Capitec business bank is really not the best bank to do business with. I've had a query since Friday their sno customer ervice totally suck. If you running a business or small business then this is not the bank for you. It previously took them almost half a year to just supply me with a paypoint machine. Its now taking them 4 days and counting to assist on a query of an immediate payment that was made to my business account 4 days ago and it still not cleared.
