No service

I did send imali hoping to withdraw quick and go see a dr when I got to the ATM it gave me a voucher error went inside the branch explained the lady advised I should go to the ATM again try withdraw mind you m very sick the line is long at dobsonville mall, I wait and still I get same error I need to see a dr today now m nor feeling well, went back to her advised I got same error she advised it will be reversed in 30 days, I don't have 30 days m sick now as in today I need that money to see a dr
