no service

<p>in 2012 I settled my loan with capitec, I settled the account, even contacted capitex and sent them the pop, however I keep receiving letters saying that I owe. I contacted them and they said someone will call me, its been 3 weeks and counting, I keep sending emails, but no response. No one can assist me, no one wants to assist me, I'm just so fed up.</p>
