No sense of urgency

I was at an Absa Atm on Wednesday evening. I withdrew R3000 which i received. I then proceeded to withdraw another R2000, however just as i was waiting for the cash to be dispensed, the machine went off. I waited a while to see if anything would happen, but only my card was returned. I then called the Absa toll free number and spoke to a lady named Rosie who asked me for the Absa Atm number. She checked on the system and told me that the machines had lost signal and gone offline at the time of my transaction. She logged a query for me with reference number Rosie08613. 08613 being the Atm number. I called Capitec bank to log a query with them as well as my account was debited with R2000. I also visited the Absa & Capitec branches. Absa said that i should contact Capitec as my account is held with them. The manager as well as the staff at Capitec seem so uninterested and unconcerned and they say that I would have to wait at least 30 days before my query is resolved and my account is credited with the money that i didn't receive. I find this totally unacceptable as i have bills to pay in thr interim.
